Terms of service

This document is a placeholder set of terms for the CRMcy hosted service. The production legal text is reviewed by counsel before launch — replace this page with the final version under apps/docs/src/content/legal/terms.mdx before going live. The shape below mirrors what most SaaS customers expect to see and gives the docs site something coherent to render in the meantime.

By using CRMcy you agree to: (1) use the service for lawful purposes only; (2) keep your credentials confidential; (3) pay the agreed subscription fee on time; (4) accept that the service is provided "as is" without warranty beyond what local law mandates. CRMcy agrees to: maintain reasonable security practices, provide a 99.5% monthly uptime target (see the status page), and process customer data only for the purposes of operating the service.

Scope

These terms cover the hosted CRMcy SaaS at *.crmcy.app and any customer-mapped custom domains pointing at it. They do not cover self-hosted deployments — those are governed by the source license at the repository root.
